note that the amount of time it takes for us to locate a qualified candidate for a family varies. In some instances,
we may be able to supply you with applicants to interview within 2 weeks or less. However, it could take longer
depending on your specific situation and candidate availability. Therefore, the sooner you contact us, the more quickly we
can start working towards finding a match for you and your family.**
Step One
One of our representatives
will conduct, by phone, an in-depth personal interview to determine your needs and preferences in a candidate. At
this time, preliminary paperwork will be completed and you will pay the application fee.
Step Two
We will
begin our search for suitable candidates for you to interview. Before we recommend any candidate to you, the
candidate will have completed a preliminary online screening application, a phone interview, an extensive paper
application and nanny assessment exam, as well as a face to face interview. In addition, our agency will have performed
thorough professional reference checks.
Step Three
We will contact you with an information profile on
any or all of the candidates we have located and assist you in coordinating an interview between you and the candidate(s)
of your choice.
Step Four
When you make a decision to hire a candidate, we will perform a thorough background
check. A professional background check is not done on a candidate until the point of hire, due to our policy
to obtain the most current information available on the candidate. Please note that our background checks
are not only retrieved from the statewide repository, but also from the county level where any records that exist on the candidate
are physically researched by a real person. This gives the most current information, as well as any information that may have
not been reported to the statewide repository. Once a satisfactory background check has been completed,
we will notify you of the results. We will provide you with an agreement template so you may negotiate the
terms of employment with your nanny.
Please remember to provide us with a copy of the employment agreement
so that you will be eligible for the replacement policy, if the need arises.
**Please note that the balance
due, less the application fee, will be due within 3 days of your offer of employment to the candidate, or before the first
day the nanny begins work for you.

Non-Refundable Application Fee $49.00 (applies to the total referral fee)
Referral Fee for Part-Time or Full-Time Permanent Nanny-$449.00 (-49.00 application
fee)
Referral Fee for Part-Time or Full-Time Temporary
Nanny-$349.00 (-49.00 application fee)
**Note that Temporary Nannies work for a period of 2-4 months only, such as the summer months**
REPLACEMENT POLICY
Within
90 days-We replace your nanny at no additional charge.
90 days to 1 year-We replace your nanny for 50% of the original referral
fee.
After 1 year-95% of the current referral fee will be charged for returning families.
